Infeed mechanism
The machine is seamlessly connected with SMT peripheral equipment; it adopts stepper motor to automatically adjust the width, and the width adjustment range is 60-300mm, matching SMT; stepper motor transmission, anti-static belt, effectively avoid the impact of static electricity on the product.
Feeding rotation mechanism
It adopts a hollow rotating platform, and the fixture rotates 360 degrees to achieve X and Y bidirectional division ; the rotation power is a servo motor, and the rotation accuracy and rotation speed are guaranteed.
Sub-plate mechanism
Servo motor and ball screw to ensure cutting speed and accuracy; Z-axis lift adopts inclined block form, which effectively reduces cutting stress; round cutter is specially heat-treated, durable ; Cut aluminum substrate, copper substrate, FR4 and other plates.
Precise positioning and ejecting mechanism
The precise positioning feeding mechanism can be customized according to customer requirements, and the design of cylinder and linear guide is adopted to ensure speed and positioning accuracy. Conveyor belt mode, tray mode can be selected, and automatic blanking and swinging machine can be installed.
Lower die
