1. Pallet transport line

The length of the wire body can be customized on demand, and the maximum load of a single machine is 200kg;
·Up and down reflow method, that is, the upper layer is assembled and tested, and the lower layer is reflowed to the tooling board;
·Standard line height, 750mm for sitting work and 900mm for standing work;
The line body is independently controlled, and the signal is exchanged with the aviation signal head;
Equipped with 4-position button switch, vacuum quick connector;
Strong applicability, flexible change for different products or processes;
The width of the standard wire body can be designed to be 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, etc., and can be customized;

2. Pallet circulation lift

·Vertical conveying between the upper and lower conveyors to change the conveying direction of the pallet;
The upper and lower double layers are reflowed, and the response speed is fast;
Equipped with a touch screen, the operation is simple and easy to understand;

3. 90 degree turning machine

The 90° turn of the pallet conveying does not change the conveying direction of the pallet;
Mainly used for the docking of the turning line body, with fast speed and accurate positioning;

4. Precision jacking mechanism

·Precise positioning, easy to work with multi-joint robots and online equipment, to achieve automatic unmanned processes;
· Lift the tooling plate away from the belt to prevent belt wear;
